Palmeira Villas is a family run company formed a little over 15 years ago. Starting with just a hand full of properties in the Western Algarve and now caring for approx. 50 holiday homes in the local area.

Taking care of every aspect of managing your property in areas such as house keeping, garden and pool maintenance, payment of bills, to holiday rentals for those who wish to take guests into their holiday homes.

Palmeira Villas has a full time staff of eight, taking care of cleaning and laundry, garden and pool maintenance.

When required, we have a network of technicians, maintenance, electricians and plumbers who can be brought in to take care of all those other items that need special attention from time to time.

During the summer months, we employ seasonal staff to handle the larger volume of guests through the houses and to ensure that your expectations continue to be managed swiftly and professionally.

Whether you are an owner or holidaying with us, we are here to assist your every need. We aim to provide a well-organised, professional and personal service that only a small privately owned family business can offer.
